Join Women of Compassion

The Women of Compassion consists of women who have a huge heart for helping children and have pledged or contributed $1,000 or more to the Children’s Homes. In addition to participating in annual events and outreach activities, the donors meet once a year to vote on how to allocate funds raised by the Women of Compassion ministry.

Individuals can establish a permanently named legacy fund within our endowment fund. For example, you can establish a permanent fund in the name of a family member, friend or business. You can contribute to the fund every year and watch it grow over time. The endowment fund is unique in that the principal is never spent. Only earnings from the principal are used to support the needs of the Children’s Homes. Start your family’s legacy fund today and watch it grow from one generation to the next!

Planned Giving

Planned gifts include various financial instruments such as life insurance, trust funds, wills and gift annuities to provide support to the Children’s Homes.

Corporate Matching Gifts

Friends of Florida Baptist Children’s Homes may have the opportunity to increase the amount of their support to this ministry through an employer matching gift program.

Sponsor a Cottage

Your monthly support as a cottage sponsor allows us to provide ongoing care and hope to these orphaned, disadvantaged and vulnerable children. As a cottage sponsor, your gifts have a regular and continual impact on young lives throughout our state.

Uniting Hearts Fund

Your gift to Uniting Hearts Fund enables more children to be adopted through Florida Baptist Children's Homes by helping families meet the financial cost associated.

Be Aware of Fraudulent Solicitations

Often times, people will host events and programs to raise money for Florida Baptist Children’s Homes and for specific projects in our ministry such as mission trips, Christmas gifts and youth camps. Many times, cash is given or checks are made out to the individuals with the understanding that the money will be given to us.

We encourage you to make sure that the gifts you provide to these individuals actually go to the Children’s Homes. Please give wisely and investigate these fundraisers before making donations in order to prevent the possibility of being defrauded of your generous gifts.
