Use Matching Gifts to Increase Your Support for the Children’s Homes
Friends of the Florida Baptist Children’s Homes may have the opportunity to increase the amount of their support to this ministry through an employer matching gift program.
Many businesses have matching gift programs set up to encourage their employees to donate money to charities and public service organizations. Even retired employees are often eligible to participate in their former employer’s matching gift programs.
The typical matching gift program is set up so that a company or corporation gives the same amount of money its employee gave to the same charity. The Florida Baptist Children’s Homes is eligible for many matching gift programs.
To participate in your company’s matching gift program you will need to:
- Check with your Human Resources or Matching Gift Department to see if your company has a matching gift program.
- Obtain an Employee Matching Gifts Program form from your employer, fill out the section indicated, and mail it to us along with your gift to:

- Once we have verified that your donation has been made, we will fill out the second portion of the form and return it to your employer, who will then disburse the matching funds to us.
