Director of Safe Home Operations (Anti-Trafficking) –

Florida Baptist Children’s Homes and One More Child is seeking to employ a Director of Safe Home Operations (Anti-Trafficking). The Director will be responsible for achieving the agency’s mission by pursuing excellence in the delivery of quality Christian services to families and individuals and relating to business, community and government leaders and agencies, as well as pastors and local church leaders. The Director will also be responsible for working with Anti-Trafficking staff in maintaining close liaison with state and other government leaders and agencies with regard to licensing, purchase of service contracts, etc.

Applicants must have at minimum a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Human Service or related field. 5 years of professionally related experience is required. Experience in previous institutional setting in an administrative role is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills with the ability to build professional working relationships internally and externally. Due to the nature of the services being directed, only female applicants are being considered for this position at this time.
