The Porch Light Supervisor
Florida Baptist Children’s Homes is seeking to employ a Central Florida based Supervisor for the Porch Light program – a ministry serving victims of domestic minor sex trafficking. The Supervisor functions as the program’s oversight for the daily operation of the home. The Supervisor will provide the direct supervision of staff and volunteers of the home; oversee the scheduling of staff, volunteers and oversight of the daily program structure of the home. The Supervisor will ensure the program operates according to the agency Program Manual and professionally recognized standards of care.
Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university. Applicants experienced in Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children will be given preference.
