Who We Are

The Florida Baptist Children’s Homes is a faith-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Christ-centered services to children and families in need. The Children’s Homes is an agency of the Florida Baptist Convention and is governed by a 24-member board of trustees.

Children on the Jacksonville residential care campus enjoy spending time with the horses that are cared for and stabled on the campus.

The Children’s Homes has been serving abused, neglected, and orphaned children since 1904. We have four major service areas: campus ministries, community ministries, adult developmental ministries, and Orphan's heart..
